What we collect
What you send us with an application: your name, how to reach you, your CV, and anything else you choose to include. Nothing is asked for that is not needed to consider you for the role.
What we use it for
Considering you for the role you applied for, and speaking to you about it. Not for anything else, and not for a different role unless you say we may.
How long we keep it
The period stated here and then it is deleted. If you would like us to keep it longer so we can come back to you about a future role, say so and we will.

Who sees it
The people hiring for the role. Not the whole company, and not anyone outside it.
Your rights
The same rights the privacy policy sets out — to see what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted — and the grievance contact if we get any of it wrong.
